ABOUT MY JOURNEY
Trust me, I’ve been there.
I know what it feels like to feel lost in myself and my life. To not be able to shake the feeling that something isn’t quite right.
To be riddled with self-doubt. To question and look for acceptance and approval from outside of yourself. To feel incredibly overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions to the point of not being able to see past them at times. To have all of this massively affect your mental health.
So I numbed. In my early 20s I partied too much. I was busy all the time. Or I binge watched TV in my free time. Anything to stop me from thinking or addressing the uneasiness inside of me.
My intuition was SCREAMING for a change. It clouded my brain and affected my mental health until I literally had to listen to it. So I had difficult conversations. My relationship ended. And I finally said YES to myself and my desires, packed my bags, left my home of 11 years, and headed to Mexico.
All of this was far from easy. I was riddled with self-doubt of if I was making the right choice. What if I was was making a huge mistake? What if I regretted it? What if it was too late for me?
6 months later, in my new house, in my new city, new country and building the most mature and healthy relationship of my life – feeling the most free in my truest most grounded self, in a life I could have only DREAMED of prior- I am so glad I took that leap of faith. That I didn’t listen to fear, and instead dared to trust my heart and my soul.
You really never know what is in store for you until you dare to dream and DO IT. And I want nothing more than to help you achieve the same.
