This intensive mishmash of fitness and workshops has been carefully created to leave you feeling rejuvenated, inspired and empowered to give you the ultimate start to your self-care Sunday. AND it finishes in time for you to head to the freshly opened pub gardens for a well deserved cold one in the sun (we can always dream in the UK, anyway ).
Here’s how it’s gonna run:
10am-10:50am – feel-good fitness with Marissa Hussein, Self-Love Fitness PT (@mpwrldn). Talk on anti-diet fitness and 30 minutes 90s girl power dance party.
11am-11:50am – The Secrets to More Self-Love with Avery Underwood, Self-Love Wellness Coach (@thecolourfulcoach) + Reflective PDF Workbook.
12pm-12:50pm – Feel-good yoga flow & self-care rituals workshop with Georgie Edwards (@the.knotted.yogi).
We three are just a bunch of gals hoping to spread some joy and light out in to an otherwise very heavy world. Hoping to make self-care and self-love accessible, fun and empowering, whilst also keeping it real.
